We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Professional to join our team at MCI-Norfolk in Norfolk, MA. As a key member of our Behavioral Health Unit, you will provide proactive and collaborative care to patients.

The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Job Overview:

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address individual needs

Responsibilities:

  1. Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
  2. Collaborate with medical staff and community providers to coordinate care

Requirements:

  • Licensed Master's Level Behavioral Health Clinician (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent)
  • Graduation from a Master's level program
  • Minimum one year employment in a social work capacity in a public or private agency or equivalent
