- At least 4 years of experience in the CPG or grocery retailer industry, with a minimum of 3 years of category management or analysis experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
