About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a Director of Product Marketing and Research. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product marketing strategy that drives business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional research efforts to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Position our products in the market through effective messaging and positioning
  • Empower our Product team with playbooks, customer stories, and competitive positioning
  • Lead and scale an incredible team of product marketers and customer insights analysts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years' experience in product marketing, with a focus on early-stage consumer products
  • 4+ years' experience as a manager leading a team
  • Strong demonstrated partnerships with product orgs
  • Experience leading teams to design and execute research using various methodologies
