Qualifications

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with two years of general experience and one year of specialized experience. While a college degree is preferred, it is not mandatory.

Specialized experience is characterized by progressively responsible clerical or administrative duties that necessitate the regular application of clerical procedures. This demonstrates the ability to apply a body of rules, regulations, directives, or laws, and involves the routine use of specialized terminology and automated software for tasks such as word processing, data entry, or report generation. Such experience is typically found in environments like court systems, law firms, legal offices, banking institutions, educational organizations, social services, insurance companies, and real estate offices. Experience in legal or court settings is preferred but not required.

  • Employment is provisional and contingent upon the successful completion of the required background investigation.
