Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following criteria at the time of application:

Required: A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. A bachelor's degree is highly desirable. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Previous experience in a court or legal environment is advantageous.

Specialized Experience

Experience in progressively responsible clerical or administrative roles that necessitate the consistent application of clerical procedures is essential. This experience should demonstrate the ability to interpret and apply a range of rules, regulations, directives, or laws, and involve the routine use of specialized terminology and automated systems for tasks such as word processing, data entry, or report generation. Such experience is typically found in judicial systems, law firms, legal offices, banking institutions, educational entities, social service organizations, insurance companies, and real estate offices.
