Job Title:

Crisis Stabilization Consultant-Bcba

About the Role:

The Crisis Stabilization Consultant-Bcba provides support and consultation for clients and families in need of immediate behavioral intervention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Family Partnership consultants, Bridgeway Academy staff, and related professionals to assess the need for acute crisis services.
  • Conduct family/peer interviews, records reviews, and Functional Behavioral Assessment to develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Utilize trauma-assumed approach to intervene and decrease maladaptive behaviors across various settings.
  • Provide parent training and coaching as needed.
  • Attend appointments and meetings with families to serve as an advocate and Bridgeway representative.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Master's Degree in a related field and certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a BCBA in good standing.
  • Experience and training in practical functional assessment and skills-based treatment preferred.
