Advanced Behavioral Therapy RBT Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in a supportive and dynamic environment.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. As an RBT, you will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You will provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD, collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior. Your ability to think critically and solve problems will be essential in assisting with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals.

Collaboration with the BCBA and other team members is crucial in creating and maintaining a positive therapeutic environment. You will also be expected to follow all safety protocols and maintain confidentiality of client information.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working with children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
