Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Administrator to join our team at Family Services Association. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the general ledger, financial records, and reports. You will also perform account reconciliations, assist with budget and close processes, conduct internal audits, maintain documentation, and respond to information requests by management and for auditing purposes.

This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations, including GAAP, OMB cost principles, and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).

The successful candidate will have an Associate's Degree in finance, economics, statistics, or business administration, or equivalent experience. A minimum of two years' experience in a complex financial support position is required, with responsibilities for budgets and business analytics. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of GAAP and strong numeracy and analytical skills.
