Key Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Kitchen Manager at Chicken N Pickle, you will oversee the daily operations of our Back of House team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating Daily Operations: Supervise food preparation, recipe execution, and catering events to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Team Development and Performance: Monitor and develop new and current kitchen teammates, evaluate staff performance, and provide constructive feedback to drive growth and improvement.
- Staffing and Budgeting: Maintain optimal staffing levels for the Back of House, manage labor costs, and estimate budgetary needs for operational supplies.
- Recruitment and Selection: Collaborate with the General Manager to select and hire hourly and salaried team members.

Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Culinary Expertise: Knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques, with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team management skills to drive results and improve performance.
- Bilingualism: Preference given to candidates who are bilingual or fluent in multiple languages.
