Requirements
  • Culinary Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in culinary management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to develop and motivate a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business results.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or related culinary degree preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift, with the ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb.
