Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of our organization. In this role, you will be tasked with managing incoming customer inquiries, offering updates regarding their orders, and resolving any delivery-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver non-technical assistance through phone or email communication.
  • Handle credit and debit memos efficiently.
  • Monitor and track customer orders, addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Document customer interactions and product details using CRM systems.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and suggest additional products or services to enhance customer experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma is mandatory; a degree is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service roles.
  • Experience with ERP, QAD, MRP, or CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
