Your Responsibilities:

As a seasoned management consultant, you will meticulously evaluate every facet of your client's operations. Your expertise will guide them in crafting a strategic roadmap to realize their organizational aspirations. You will:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of the client's current structure and daily operations.
  • Facilitate discussions and workshops with key stakeholders, including engineers, analysts, and support personnel, to pinpoint effective practices and areas needing enhancement.
  • Present a well-defined path forward to leadership, outlining anticipated outcomes and improvements.

This position offers an opportunity to deepen your expertise in areas such as cybersecurity, communications, and information systems while honing your consulting capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in federal government, professional services, or consulting environments.
  • Proficiency in drafting formal correspondence for senior-level decision-making.
  • Experience engaging with senior leadership in both U.S. interagency and international contexts.
  • Strong technical writing skills for effective collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Expertise in facilitating meetings, including workshops and conferences.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and O365, including Teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Possession of a Top Secret clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Department of Defense action officer.
  • Familiarity with the DoD's Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS).
  • Understanding of DoD operational and administrative structures.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Top Secret clearance is mandatory.
