Job Opportunity: General Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled General Management Consultant to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a General Management Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their organizational goals by providing expert advice and guidance on strategic operations, business transformation, and organizational development.

About the Role:

As a General Management Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing our clients' current operations and identifying areas for improvement. You will work closely with our clients' leadership and support staff to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and improvement. Your expertise will be essential in helping our clients navigate complex organizational challenges and achieve their desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of clients' current operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement
  • Work closely with clients' leadership and support staff to ensure successful implementation of plans
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on strategic operations, business transformation, and organizational development

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree between Winter 2025 and Spring/Summer 2028

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a professional work environment
  • Experience as an intern, support contractor, government staff, or industry staff
  • Knowledge of problem-solving and data analysis

Clearance:
