We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Multilingual Sales Representative to join our team at Chicago Oriental Wholesale Market. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with customers, suggesting new products, and resolving any issues that may arise. They will also be required to maintain accurate records and ensure that all orders are correct.

Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Use the call log to place outbound calls to customers for new orders, maintain good relationships with customers during the call log process, suggest new products to customers, ask for product suggestions, field complaints, and inquire whether the customer is satisfied with our service.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ensure all orders are correct, work at the pickup station to check pickup orders, and direct warehouse staff to move the proper quantities of product to customer vehicles.
  • Account Management: Acquire new accounts, escalate matters to a supervisor when appropriate, provide coverage to other roles during absences/vacations, and be prepared to work inhouse and outside to visit customers occasionally.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience in a similar industry.
