Job Description
As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving sale quotas and account objectives. You will build, maintain, and expand relationships with customers, represent company products, services, and solutions, and manage accounts' planning cycle to ensure customer needs are met. This hybrid position requires significant travel across Illinois and Wisconsin.

Responsibilities
  • Present and sell company products, services, and solutions to current and potential security system integrators and distributors.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for sales matters between the Company and the customers.
  • Prepare status reports, including sales call activity, closings, follow-ups, and adherence to goals.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities to appropriate company staff.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel in meeting account performance objectives and customers' expectations.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Business or equivalent, 3-5 years of professional experience in sales, and 3+ years of sales experience in CCTV or Security Systems Industry. Must be prepared for travel 50%-75% of the time, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $106,000-$160,000, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience. Additional benefits include commission pay, quarterly bonus, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, employee assistance program, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement plan with company matching.
