Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute advanced systems installation, operation, integration, and troubleshooting to ensure peak IT system performance.
  • Plan and supervise upgrades and new implementations of IT systems and services, collaborating closely with Cyber Security Experts.
  • Manage Tier III upgrades, troubleshooting, optimization, and performance oversight of networking systems.
  • Integrate enterprise, regional, and local IT systems to maintain ongoing network operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT systems.
  • Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II certification.
  • Relevant certifications from Cisco, Microsoft, or similar organizations.
  • Possession of an Active Secret Security Clearance.
