Job Overview

The Busick Agency, a leading agency of Symmetry Financial Group, is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team as a remote Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for running appointments for mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, and other products.

This is a commission-based sales position with a competitive compensation structure. Our Sales Representatives sell an average of 2 to 10 sales per week, with a starting commission level that can be increased by 5% every two months based on production. We prioritize personal performance and offer opportunities for agents to build their own team and obtain contractual ownership of their own agency.

Requirements:
