Job Responsibilities

The Sales and Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer relationships. The representative will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and achieve targets.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills. Key qualifications include experience in lead generation and prospecting, excellent communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics, ability to meet sales targets and deadlines, strong organizational and time management skills, and experience in the printing or marketing industry is a plus. A demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota in the print industry is also required.
