Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospective Member Management:
    • Develop and execute strategies to identify, recruit, and onboard new members
    • Manage a pipeline of prospective members and maintain regular communication
    • Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of membership to prospective members
  • New Member Experience Management:
    • Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new members, including confirmation of membership and provision of orientation
    • Provide ongoing support and assistance to new members to ensure a positive experience
  • Existing Member Experience Management:
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement and retention
    • Host regular membership calls to gather feedback and insights
    • Provide ongoing support and assistance to members to maintain high satisfaction and retention rates
  • Data Management:
    • Utilize our data management platform to track and manage member data and prospects
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member information
  • Center Development and Strategy:
    • Contribute to the development of strategies to drive membership growth and engagement
    • Collaborate with the team to align membership activities with the Center's budget and goals

Requirements:

  • Statewide travel required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
