About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Associate to join our team at Comprehensive & Psych Associates, LLC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
  • Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Assist in the transport of patients with dignity and respect.
  • Offer companionship and basic care to patients, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in nursing, patient care, or related fields, with a strong understanding of medical terminology.
  • The ability to build rapport with patients, demonstrating empathy and compassion.
  • A caring and respectful demeanor, essential for providing excellent patient care.
  • Familiarity with medical procedures and protocols, ensuring seamless support to nursing staff.
  • An ability to work well in teams, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Subject to a paid background check, ensuring the safety and security of our patients and staff.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, Comprehensive & Psych Associates, LLC provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
