Job Title: Respiratory Clinical Documentation Specialist

About the Role:
The South Central Health System is seeking a skilled Respiratory Clinical Documentation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our EpicCare Inpatient department, you will be responsible for providing primary support and guidance to end-users, ensuring seamless integration of clinical applications within the electronic health record. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn new software systems.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as primary support contact for application's end-users, identifying issues and working towards resolution
* Guide workflow design, build, test, and analyze technical issues associated with Epic (Wisconsin) software
* Identify and implement requested changes to the system, collaborating with stakeholders and Epic representatives
* Serve as liaison between end-users' workflow needs and Epic staff, maintaining regular communication
* Work with Epic representatives and organization stakeholders to ensure system meets business needs, including deliverables and timelines

Requirements:
* RT or RRT required
* One year experience in respiratory required
* Ability to attain assigned EPIC (WISCONSIN) Certification(s) within 90 days of employment
