About the PositionWe are looking for a Respiratory Application Support Lead to join our team at South Central Health System. This individual will be responsible for identifying issues that arise in their application area and working to resolve them.
Job DescriptionThe Respiratory Application Support Lead will serve as the primary support contact for the application's end users, guiding workflow design, building, and testing the system, and analyzing technical issues associated with Epic (Wisconsin) software. The successful candidate will also serve as a liaison between end users' workflow needs and Epic (Wisconsin) staff.
Responsibilities- Supporting end users with application-related issues
- Identifying and resolving technical issues associated with Epic (Wisconsin) software
- Guiding workflow design, building, and testing the system
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to analyze complex technical issues
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Education and Experience:
- RT or RRT, required
- One year experience in respiratory, required
- Attain assigned EPIC (WISCONSIN) Certification(s) within 90 days of employment
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
