Job Summary:
Norman Regional Health System is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Senior Clinical Care Coordinator. This role requires exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with a strong focus on patient care and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

About the Role:
This position involves supervising nursing care and coordinating total patient care for patients in various intensive care and medical units. You will lead and direct care teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Additionally, you will float between units as needed and work across multiple campuses, including Porter and HealthPlex. Your flexibility and adaptability will be essential in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise nursing care and coordinate patient care in collaboration with physicians
  • Lead and direct interdisciplinary care teams
  • Float between units and campuses as required
  • Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
  • Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training preferred

Requirements:
This role offers a competitive salary range of $ $125,000 - $145,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. The estimated salary takes into account the responsibilities, education, and certifications required for this position.
