**Job Title:** Medical Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified/Medical Assistant to provide exceptional patient care in our Mental Health/Behavioral Health Clinic.
Job Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care under the direction of nursing staff, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all patients.
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment by sterilizing medical tools and equipment, and ensuring adherence to infection control procedures.
- Assist in the transportation of patients, demonstrating empathy and compassion throughout the process.
- Provide companionship and basic care to patients, fostering strong relationships built on trust and understanding.
- Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment, adhering to strict quality control standards.
- Prior experience in nursing, patient care, or related fields is preferred.
- Demonstrate ability to build rapport with patients, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit a compassionate and caring demeanor, prioritizing patient needs above all else.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is essential, as is the ability to work well in teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
