We are seeking to expand our team with 30 Recruiter II/III positions available. This role offers a hybrid work environment.

Position Overview:

As a Recruiter, you will:

  • Conduct recruitment processes including interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding for new hires.
  • Manage exit interviews and facilitate changes in employee status.
  • Possess a bachelor's degree along with 5-8 years of relevant experience in the recruitment field.
  • Utilize a strong understanding of industry concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Leverage extensive experience and judgment to set and achieve recruitment goals.
  • Engage in a variety of tasks and potentially lead the work of others.
  • Exhibit creativity and flexibility in your approach.
  • Report directly to a departmental manager.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in non-technical recruitment and sourcing.
  • Familiarity with sourcing in sectors such as Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing.
  • Background in Aerospace or large technology firms is preferred.
