Position Overview
A Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in connecting individuals with employment opportunities, fostering their professional growth, and aligning their capabilities with the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the complete recruitment cycle while ensuring a superior experience for candidates, associates, and clients.
  • Identify and evaluate a diverse pool of talent, managing and advancing their profiles effectively.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, craft job descriptions, and devise recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively address challenges in client delivery by engaging with relevant stakeholders.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with hiring managers to secure ongoing and expanded opportunities within the ManpowerGroup network.
  • Stay updated on local market dynamics, labor trends, and workforce management practices.
  • Support sales initiatives by exploring additional business opportunities with clients and connecting top talent with new clients.
  • Maintain accurate and current candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Your Daily Activities

  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job postings, social media, networking events, and referrals to attract candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the qualifications for open positions.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and feedback.
  • Engage with community partners and participate in local networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct regular client visits and onsite check-ins for high-volume clients.
  • Organize job fairs and recruitment events in the local market.
  • Ensure data integrity in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, customer service, or sales.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Associate or bachelor's degree.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Taleo, Avature, JobApp, Bullhorn).
