Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to join our team at Hilton Marco Island Resort and Spa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets through strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship-building with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients to secure new business and expand existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hotel staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Conduct site inspections and sales calls to promote the hotel's services and amenities
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and other industry events to stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with the conference services department to maximize revenue opportunities for future groups
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably with Hilton Hotels
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the hotel industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and sales strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office
