Your responsibilities will include verifying patient information and prescription details, processing patient information and delivery carrier methods, and providing exceptional customer service to pharmacy patients through phone and email interactions. You will also be responsible for resolving customer and associate inquiries, processing call requests, and identifying and resolving discrepancies for customers' orders. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Verify patient information and prescription details for delivery
* Process patient information and delivery carrier methods
* Provide exceptional customer service to pharmacy patients

**Requirements:**

* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Pharmacy experience/knowledge is a plus
* Schedule: Saturday - Sunday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM & Monday - Wednesday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Off Thursday - Friday)
* Pay: 17/hr
