Job Summary:

As the Director of People & Culture, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to foster a positive and inclusive work environment at Aparium Hotel Group. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, benefits, and compliance with labor laws. You will work closely with the General Manager and Executive Committee to develop and implement policies and procedures that support the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention
  • Oversee recruitment and hiring processes to ensure a diverse and talented workforce
  • Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity and fair labor standards
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Executive Committee to develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters


Requirements:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • SHRM Certification or other HR certifications preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
