About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of People and Culture to join our team at Aparium Hotel Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to create a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead and manage the HR function, including recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement policies and procedures that support the company's culture and values
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies that drive business results
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, senior leaders, and external partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • SHRM certification or equivalent preferred
