About the Role
The Field Operations Manager for Mechanical and Plumbing Projects plays a crucial role in overseeing field supervisors and coordinating workforce resources across various projects. This position is essential in ensuring that our teams perform their tasks efficiently, safely, and in alignment with our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff Oversight (25%): Manage manpower allocation and collaborate with project managers to meet operational needs. Monitor job progress to ensure timely completion.
- Administrative Duties (25%): Ensure accurate and timely submission of employee time records, assist in manpower coordination, and enforce company policies.
- Workforce Development (20%): Mentor field supervisors to enhance their leadership skills, identify areas for improvement, and coordinate training initiatives.
- Job Closeout (10%): Work with project managers to evaluate project performance and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Policy Enforcement (10%): Promote safety on job sites and uphold company assets while reinforcing core values.
- Additional Duties (10%): Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in construction or service
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with industry codes, OSHA regulations, and safety practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- Journeyman or Master License in a related field
- 4 or more years of experience as a project foreman
