Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Lichtefeld, Inc. As a key member of our design-build construction company, you will be responsible for designing and managing electrical systems for our commercial and industrial projects.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preliminary design and scope of work
  • Preliminary electrical budgets
  • Coordinate with PE mechanical designers to produce final design and scope of work
  • Collect, review, and organize product submittals
  • Research customers' existing and future equipment and utilities required needs
  • Review mechanical/electrical/plumbing plans with the PE team for accuracy
  • Work with our team on hard bid projects
  • Manage mechanical/electrical/plumbing trades as the project proceeds

Requirements:

  • Five years' experience in electrical design/estimating and MEP project management
  • Proficient in the use of the National Electrical Code. Master electrician license preferred
  • CAD capabilities a plus but not required
