- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as education, administration, or a related field.
- Two years of experience in a related field, preferably in education or academic administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, or other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and customer service.
- Experience working in higher education, academic administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of curriculum development, implementation, and assessment processes.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.
- Ability to travel locally, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
This is a sedentary role, with occasional travel required for meetings and events. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods is necessary.
