Front Desk Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at AC Hotel Washington DC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
  • Work efficiently on the hotel's electronic reservation system and other computer programs to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Handle all financial transactions, including credit card and cash payments, with accuracy and integrity.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and take proactive steps to enhance their stay.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a hospitable and approachable environment for our guests.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with people.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive and customer-focused culture.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding solutions that meet guests' needs.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, lift, and squat for extended periods, making it a physically demanding position.
