About the Role

The Spa Operations Supervisor is a key member of the Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa and wellness department. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of spa and wellness professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services and high standards of guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the Spa Director/Manager to develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records and statistics on spa and wellness department performance.
  • Act as a liaison between the spa and wellness team and other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; supervisory experience preferred.
  • One year of resort spa experience required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physical ability to lift 50lbs or more and walk/stand for long periods of time.
