Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-driven Spa and Fitness Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our wellness team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a seamless and rejuvenating wellness experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests with warmth and create a welcoming atmosphere in the spa and fitness facilities.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all areas, including treatment rooms, lounges, locker rooms, nail salon, fitness spaces, and showers, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
  • Assist with the restocking of linens, towels, and other spa and fitness supplies, maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
  • Monitor the safety and security of the spa and fitness areas, granting access only to authorized guests.
  • Communicate effectively with the spa leadership team to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Report maintenance needs or damaged equipment promptly to the management team.
  • Support food safety standards in spa lounges, and assist with the preparation and restocking of refreshments.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a luxury property.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a genuine passion for guest service.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, guest-facing role.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or wellness environment is preferred.
  • Physical ability to lift and manage spa/fitness inventory (up to 25 lbs).
  • Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning products and a commitment to maintaining a sanitary environment.
