Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make significant contributions across various sectors of PGIM Real Estate:
- Equity Business: Participate in acquisitions by sourcing, underwriting, and conducting financial modeling for new investments.
- Asset Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize the performance of a diverse portfolio of assets.
Debt Business:
- Originations: Assist in evaluating and securing loans through comprehensive market research and financial analysis.
- Underwriting: Analyze potential loans to ensure compliance with investment standards.
- Portfolio Management: Support credit officers in achieving mortgage production goals.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting financial analyses to assess new investment opportunities.
- Providing analytical support for asset management decisions.
- Implementing strategies for development and capital projects.
- Collaborating with external partners for various projects.
Qualifications:
- Enrollment in an accredited bachelor's or master's program, graduating within the specified timeframe.
- A minimum GPA requirement.
- Eligibility for employment without visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Majors in Finance, Economics, or Real Estate are preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Understanding of real estate and finance concepts.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
