Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at Pacific Edge Real Estate.

As a top-producing agent, you will be responsible for consistently following up with leads, consulting with clients to understand their home needs, and closing deals with a high level of professionalism and expertise.

You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with local market knowledge, rigorously prospect for new business, and supervise the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction experience for our clients.

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid Real Estate License, excellent organizational and time management skills, and a proven track record of sales experience and success.

Compensation:

$115,000

Responsibilities:
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Tech savvy
  • Great communication and social skills
