About the Role:

  • Proactively generate leads to connect with potential clients in the luxury market.
  • Participate in training sessions to expand your real estate knowledge and sharpen your skills.
  • Persistently follow up on leads until appointments are successfully scheduled with either a listing or buyer's agent.
  • Maintain regular communication with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to uphold relationships and ensure brand recognition.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress toward company objectives.

Compensation:

$90,000 - $185,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and effectively convert them into new clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information for agents using the CRM system.
  • Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments with clients.
Qualifications:
  • To be eligible for this role, you must hold a valid Real Estate License.
  • Previous sales experience is a prerequisite for consideration in this position.
  • Effective communication skills are crucial for successful interactions with clients.
  • The compensation package includes commission opportunities.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License is a mandatory requirement for this role.
