We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English and History Tutor to join our team at AJ Tutoring. As a Tutoring Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and help them achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality tutoring services to students in English and History
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of our students
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment
- Commit to a minimum of 15 tutoring hours per week and additional administrative tasks
- Tutor in person during after-school hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Competitive hourly tutoring wages with compensation for administrative time
- Merit-based pay increases with the potential for benefits
- Paid training and ongoing support from supervisors, mentors, and fellow tutors
- A vibrant and supportive work environment at our centrally located offices throughout the Bay Area
