Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our virtual behavioral health collaborative care program.

You will manage the assessment and treatment of psychiatric concerns, psychosocial issues, and health behavior change through brief psychotherapeutic interventions delivered virtually.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations to support short-term disability and provide certification of short-term disability
  • Provide education and consultation to behavioral health care managers and primary care providers
  • Oversee referrals to specialty mental health services and support a smooth transition from specialty mental health services to primary care and back
  • Collaborate with other Behavioral Health Providers across our national network to improve behavioral health skills company-wide

Requirements:

  • A Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D. in Psychology
  • Licensed to independently practice with no current supervision requirements
  • One year post-licensure experience in adult outpatient diagnostic evaluation and psychotherapy
  • Exceptional capacity to multitask, flexibility, and comfort with ambiguity
