Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Autonomous Behavior Therapist to join our team at Behavioral Health Works, Inc.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Job

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead ABA treatment plans and provide direct clinical supervision to behavior technicians and mid-level case supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, monitor, and update client programs monthly; conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as assigned.
  • Provide direct clinical supervision; educate parents and adjust treatment plans based on authorized hours.
  • Establish and monitor program goals, protocols, and measurement systems.
  • Supervise, guide, and develop behavior technicians in treatment and behavior plan implementation.
  • Address client, family, and staff issues promptly; escalate as needed.
  • Write and submit progress reports on time to the Clinical Director.
  • Document clinical time and session notes in CentralReach, ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field.
  • BCBA certification or qualified licensed healthcare professional status (based on state regulations).
  • Excellent communication skills, organization skills, and leadership skills.
