Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician - Behavioral Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with youth under 21 years of age and their families in the home, implementing behavior treatment plans and monitoring progress towards behavioral objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a member of a two-person team, coaching and guiding parents on behavioral interventions and providing outreach services to families in their homes.
  • Document and report progress, including weekly supervision and data graphing and tracking.
  • Collaborate with other providers and participate in annual trainings related to CBHI services.
  • Implement behavioral strategies during sessions, utilizing strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related Human Services field and one year of directly relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address mental health needs.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
