Behavioral Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at a school district in East Boston, MA.
Salary and BenefitsThe competitive weekly compensation for this full-time position is estimated at around $1,200-$1,500 per week (salary range based on 40 hours of work at an average hourly rate). In addition to the competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, optical, and dental insurance. Job ResponsibilitiesThis Registered Behavior Technician role will involve working closely with students and staff to develop and implement individualized behavioral support plans. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
