Job Description:

As a Clinical Behavioral Therapist - Early Intervention Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior protocols under the supervision of our Clinical Director. Your primary focus will be on assisting in client intake and assessments, as well as providing direct implementation of treatment plans/behavior protocols. You will also provide direct supervision and training to staff in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and Skinner's Analysis of Verbal Behavior.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain rapport with clients, families, coworkers, and other stakeholders, including schools and community service providers. Familiarity with the field of early intervention is preferred, but we welcome recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow with our organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children with autism or related developmental disabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
