We are seeking a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to assist patients in resolving their medical balances. As a key member of our team, you will provide excellent customer service, navigate the billing process, and resolve outstanding balances. Your empathetic nature and ability to quickly resolve problems will be essential to your success.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing customer service to patients over the phone
- Navigating the billing process and resolving outstanding balances
- Collecting payments and negotiating with patients
- Working collaboratively with the healthcare team to resolve patient issues
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience in healthcare billing and finance
- Understanding of HIPAA
- Ability to learn new software quickly
