Reports To: Banquet Manager

Employment Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Sign-On Bonus: $500

Position Summary

At Connestee Falls, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service within our expansive clubhouse and wellness center. The Clubhouse and Wellness Center Operations Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring that all events, including meetings, weddings, and special celebrations, are executed flawlessly, meeting the expectations of our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and dismantle furniture setups for various events, ensuring alignment with the vision of our members and guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness in shared facilities, including restrooms and communal areas, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Restock supplies in banquet areas and meeting rooms as necessary.
  • Return equipment and furniture to designated locations after events.
  • Adhere to the Banquet Event Order and Meeting Room specifications.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure all furniture and equipment are in proper working condition.
  • Monitor inventory of event supplies and report any maintenance needs promptly.
  • Perform cleaning duties, including vacuuming, dusting, and waste disposal.
  • Execute minor repairs as required, excluding electrical work.
  • Follow all health and safety protocols as outlined by the company.
  • Wear the designated uniform and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
  • At least one year of relevant experience, preferably in maintenance or labor roles.
  • Must be at least 20 years old due to insurance regulations.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a safe driving record for the past seven years.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with members, guests, and colleagues.
  • Ability to adhere to service standards and maintain cleanliness and safety protocols.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
  • Comfortable navigating two buildings and performing cleaning tasks on multiple levels.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Must be able to operate company vehicles and golf carts safely.
Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, with an average weekly schedule of 40 hours. Hours may vary based on operational needs, particularly during peak seasons.
