Executive Business Development Specialist

CNI is seeking an experienced Executive Business Development Specialist to oversee the bid and proposal process for new business opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Business Development and Practice Area Leads to develop sound proposal strategies and positioning tactics.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire proposal development process, from analyzing RFP requirements to ensuring a high standard of quality in the final submission. They must engage early with proposals/opportunities to maximize competitive advantage and support efforts to create team efficiency and improve overall quality.
A strong background in preparing responses for high-value competitive contracts and APMP certification are preferred. The estimated salary range for this role is $95K to $105K, contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
