About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Council District Administrative Specialist. This role is critical to supporting the administrative functions of the City Council, and we are looking for someone who can provide exceptional support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to City Council members, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining confidential records.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, events, and travel arrangements for City Council members.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and files.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including City staff, community organizations, and the public.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the City Council.
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
