We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Beacon Hill. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a growing company and contribute to the efficient operation of our department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative support, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, processing address changes, maintaining invoice records, and managing filing systems.
  • Account Setup: Establish and manage accounts in C.D.K. and Enrich systems, ensuring all required information is collected and accurate.
  • Credit Application Management: Process incoming credit applications, working closely with customers to ensure all required information is provided.
  • Credit Card Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of credit card transactions for the department, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
